Sterilising pump equipment when out and about

Can anyone recommend how to steriliser pump equipment when you are out? I currently use Milton cold water sterilisation, but this is a bit cumbersome to carry around with me. I follow the Elvie Facebook group and a lot of people recommend Medela wipes but these seem to be only available in the USA.
Thanks for your help :)

If you're breastfeeding and have access to a fridge you can bag and fridge for up to 24hrs before needing to sterilize (LLL information). Otherwise I just did a cold water tablet so not much help beyond what you already do.

You don't need to sterilise anything for use with breastmilk if baby was born full term and healthy, just rinse with warm soapy water.
