Bottle fed 9 week old throwing up his milk

I have been feeding my baby Aptamil since I stopped breastfeeding and sometimes he throws up, up to 4 ounces of it. He doesnt cry or get upset. HE shows no discomfort. His poo is really green and irregular. The health visitor and doctor are not that bothered because he is otherwise fine. He does sleep well thank goodness. Its just tricky because with two older boys I have to keep him still after feeds and sit down incase he vomits when I need to be getting on with school runs etc. The other day he threw up in the car and that was a nightmare. I am now trying Dr Brown bottles, next move is to move to SMA gold top for first babies. We have seen the osteopath who said he is on great form.
HELP????!!!!

I have been feeding my 6 month old Aptamil pretty much from birth, and she also often has green poos (like you Hv and Dr said she is ok). She also does the most incredible farts (they are truly stinky).Recently a friend gave me a tub of Aptamil that was from before they put prebiotics in, and I noticed that there were a lot less farts and her poos were a lot better. I have just switched to Hipp organic follow on milk, which hasn't got the prebiotics in and so far things have been pretty good.

I don't know if this is of any relevance to your situation! But if you are going to try a different milk, might be worth trying one without prebiotics to see if it makes a difference. Hope your LO is ok.
