Relactating

Hi all, I'm interested in relactating
I breast fed for 6 months and my little man is 18 months now. I just want to give my kiddos a little extra protection with breast milk in the current climate.
I'm willing to put the effort in to start. Has anyone done this here? I have a single medela pump, and I am going to pump every 2 to 3 hours for 20 minutes each side, but alternating after about 6 minutes ish. Is this right? I'm not gonna take any medication I don't think. I had a great milk supply when I breast fed so I'm really hoping it won't take long to come in and that it works.

I won't be breastfeeding, I will be adding milk to cereal or cups for my 2 kids.

Has anyone any suggestions or tips for me that have successfully done this?

Thanks x
