Hi looking for some advice, our little one is 9 months old and this is his current routine (roughly!)

7:30 wake and feed 210 ml
8:30 breakfast then play
9:30 nap (between 40mins to 2 hours)
11:30 wake and feed 210 ml
12:30 lunch then play
13:30 nap (between 1-2hours)
15:30 wake and feed 210 ml
17:30 dinner
18:30 bath
19:00 last bottle 210 ml

I spoke to the HV as I felt I couldn’t get anything done as the routine is very regimented and also I felt he wasnt very interested in his lunch so she suggested making the 11:30 bottle later so he isnt put off but then I feel it would get in the way of nap time. She said as long as he’s getting around 600 ml a day it should be fine so I was thinking of completely dropping that one and bring the late afternoon one forward a bit?

Has anyone else got any suggestions or routine ideas? Baby seems to be thriving and is always happy.

At 9 months I was doing:-

7: wake and milk
8: breakfast
9:30: nap
11:45: lunch
1:30: milk
2:00: nap
5: dinner
7: milk and bed

I was doing milk at 7, 11, 3 and 7.. dropped the 11 milk (bought lunch forward for a while) and bought the 3 bottle to before nap. Worked well for my DD. Smile

By 10 months they'll only need roughly 400 ml, moving down to 300 ml at 12 months.

I'd be tempted to offer water in a cup and a snack at 3.30 pm instead of the milk.
