look up all the info you require on www.breastfeedingnetwork.org.uk/information/storing.php.

It's a good idea, as you can keep milk for up to 3mths in a 4 star freezer, and it does give a bit of freedom if you want to have an afternoon or evening off.

Be warned that expressing takes a bit of practice. The more stressed you are about it, the harder it is to get a decent let-down, but as your milk supply gets more established, you'll be producing gallons. I tried first after a few weeks, and gave up after expressing a couple of ounces max.; 6 mths later I had to spend a couple of nights away and was pouring bottles full down the sink.

Good luck with it.

Ooh yes, do .
Great idea!
Don't worry about the booze either.
As long as you are not getting legless, it's fine to drink.

Thanks for advise .. do worry abit! Will check out website have read a few threads but seems to have so much to remember and expressing in the morning seems to be a best bet but my freezer is outside of the house so would it be ok to stand at room temp for hour or so until got to freezer or does it have to be an instant thing ?

you can keep it in the fridge first and then freeze it, also you can add to the non frozen milk if you express twice that day for example.
i used to express in the mornings at the same time as bf, so it didn't take up any more time than i'd normally be sat round anyway and i seemed to get more milk then
