Sterilisation

Is there anything which cannot be sterilised by boiling water or steam?

I have bought some syringes to give my baby gripe water (they are syringes designed for giving babies medicine) It doesn't say they can be sterilised. I just wondered if anyone knows of any plastics which can't be sterilised??

I put everything in the steam steriliser.

Don’t put those teethers with water inside in a steam steriliser - they burst and have to be thrown away. Also some baby cups can’t be sterilised - always check the packaging
