Best supplemental nursing system?

Really needs an SNS, but have read a lot of terrible reviews of the Medela one online. Can anyone recommend one? Thanks!

We've used the medala since 5 days old, DS is 5.5 months now and still using it for half the feeds. It does have its drawbacks, but there isn't really one that is great in all aspects. It's a lot easier once you get the hang of it. I'd like to design one that takes the best parts of all of them.

We also have the haakaa, but the tube is a lot wider than the medala tubing and DS won't take it.
