Itchy nipples?

I have been breastfeeding for 6 weeks and today have very itchy irritated feeling nipples.
Any ideas what it is? Could it be thrush? I don't have any other symptoms and either does baby.

No idea sorry but I would give one of the BFing Helpkines a call as they will probably know. Have you got the numbers?

I got some cream and drops for baby from
The GP, I'm still not sure if it even is thrush, maybe a mild case!
Baby has been doing a weird tongue thing like maybe it's itchy 🤷🏼‍♀️ and she has some
White on her tongue but could just be milk!
anyway, the cream seems to have eased my itching!
