Reflux at 16 weeks

Hi all, I’m after a bit of advice... 16 week old baby, he’s exclusively breastfed and has never been a sicky baby, for the first 13-14 weeks of his life he was spitting up/being sick about twice a week. For the last two weeks he’s being sick almost every feed yet nothing has changed, he’s still feeding for the same length of time and he’s actually feeding a lot less than he used to. I’ve always fed and kept him upright for 20 mins after each feed yet now he is sick almost straight away, and then sometimes he’ll be sick an hour after a feed.
Is this reflux? If so is it normal for it to start at 16 weeks!?

Further to this... after a bit of Googling I’ve discovered the word ‘posseting’. That’s definitely more what he’s doing, it just pours out of his mouth rather than him appearing to be in pain or anything, but again this has literally only just started in the last couple of weeks
