Thoughts on the medula swing pump

I am thinking of investing in a really good electric pump. Someone leant me the Avent hand one but I find it a bit harsh and I had a tommee tippe hand one but that was really sore to use regularly.

People who have used the medula swing pump - did you get on well with it? What were the things you did/did not like about it?

best imvestment i made. i can get 5fl oz in 10-15 mins. gets used every day and twice if i am building a stash in the frezer. worth every penny imo.

how are you getting on my love? did you get into the clinic?

oh and i liked the fact that in the early daysd when my nips were sore, the pump didnt make them any more sore - you can adjust suction levels.

Brilliant. Very gentle yet effective. Much better than the cheaper mini electric one. I could only use that for 2 days before I went out and bought the more expensive one!

any ideas where I could get one asap?

I bought one today in Mothercare. I'm hoping its as good as its cracked up to be

I used one as well. It was fab (although a bit noisy). I could regularly get 7 or 8oz each side from it.

peacemakeruk · 19/11/2007 16:22

please don't tell me its noisy Piggy, everyone else thats reviewed it said it was quiet. Thats one of the main reasons I'm fed up of my Medela Mini Electric - sounds like a bloody lawn mower
