Breasts fullness gone - baby 19 days old

My baby is 19 days old and my breast fullness has gone - happened about the 2 week mark. Baby is feeding every 1/2 hours. Plenty of wet and dirty nappies. Also I used to leak but that has stoped in the last 24 hours. I feel a tingling in my breasts and nipples after feeding. Think this may be a letdown. My baby has loud swallows at the start and then I can't hear swallowing clearly after about 4 mins. I routinely used breast compressions to give him more. He is not back at birth weight yet, he initially lost 8.5pc but is now 4pc down on birth weight.
Is my supply going?

No, it's regulating. Boobs don't stay rock hard during a breastfeeding journey once your body works out how much baby needs. Baby will feed more at growth spurts to increase your supply. It's all very clever and it sounds like you are doing brilliantly.Smile
I found the information at kellymom.com incredibly informative when feeding my babies.

No I agree with PP it’s just regulated and knows how much to make for your baby now. Keep offering boob and keep an eye on the nappies. That’s better sign they aren’t getting enough milk, dry and less dirty nappies.

No, it’s just evening out. Your supply regulates over time. Don’t worry, this is perfectly normal.
