High strength cod liver oil and BF

Does anyone know why I shouldn't take 1000mg Seven Seas cod oil for my sore joints while I am BF my 7 month old?

I think it's somehting to do with mercury passing into your breastmilk.

OK thanks. But it's OK to take the Mumomega ones presumably since they are touted to pregnant women? Because they aren't made from the liver where toxins accumulate?

Ouch my joints. Alternatively anyone know any other remedy I can safely take? Already taking Calcium and Vit. D supplement.
