4 month old feeding times

Hey,
My 4 month old (mainly breast fed with two bottles whilst I sleep) still wants to eat every 1.5 hours and eats for 24-45 minutes for most feeds (sometimes longer) This schedule is killing me and I’m wondering if my milk doesn’t satisfy him? Any suggestions?

Has the baby been checked by a tongue tie practitioner?
Ds is almost 5 months and feeds roughly 2 hourly during the day but only for 5-10 mins at a time and only once through the night so it's obviously fine. Do you get a longer stretch at night? Is he definitely removing milk the whole time or is some of it comfort sucking (feels like fluttering).

I haven’t had him checked for tongue tie but it doesn’t look like he has that (had a good look when Bubba has been crying😂)
He is the same at night although frequent wake up because of sleep regression means he does comfort suck back to sleep as he only nurses for about 10 minutes.
I’ll pay more attention to see for how long he is comfort sucking, I know he does do this at the end of a feed, especially as he relaxes/goes to sleep some of the time.
