Hello, I am starting to wean my 5 month old baby and am shortly going to starting blending up som esweet potato with breast milk. I actually cooked the sweet potato yesterday but have had it in the fridge. That would be safe wouldnt it to use today? I have always been useless at food things! I have bought some plastic pots to freeze portions in- do I need to sterilize them first, by pouring in boiling water? Or is that pointless, because the sweet potato isnt sterile anyway, and the plastic might melt? Hmm...please can someone more capable advise me?!

I just got ice cube trays (big cube ones) then you could defrost as much as you want

Can't remember I don't think I sterilised them!

I think I sterilised the pots and thing for DS but by the time I got to DD I was happy to just put things through the dishwasher.
Ice cube trays then into freezer bags in great
