Meh... cracked nipple on one side so have been feeding with a nipple shield but tonight the crack has opened up again 😞 I think maybe I didn’t have the shield in exactly the right spot and baby has stretched my nipple a bit opening the crack up again. Annoyed as it’s been about a week now and I thought it was starting to get better.
How long do they take to heal? I’m putting breast milk on it, getting plenty of air to it, using lansinoh and multi mam compresses.
