Dihydrocodeine and BF?

Was prescribed dihydrocodeine at the hospital and they said it was okay in small amounts, but I'm paranoid!
Anyone breastfed their baby whilst taking dihydrocodeine?

I'm taking it too, i had a c section on Sunday, and they know I am BF so sure it's fine!
