best bottles to introduce EBM? Or use a cup?

Hi

Managed to express lots of lovely BM this morning as DS not feeding well with a cold. Thinking about giving it late at night to see if DS3 will sleep longer... (He's 12 weeks now)

Wondering what bottles to buy these days (used Avent standard ones with previous two) since there seem to be so many on the market. Also still have a sloping doidy cup from previous ones but neither of them got on very well with that (imagine milk everywhere...)

I'm wondering if there are some that cause less nipple confusion?

Any recommendations?

we use tommy tippee closer to nature, solely because I got one free with the breastpump, which I chose because it was the cheapest...

I used Avent ones and never had any probs with nipple confusion. DS was on them from about a week old as he had trouble feeding so I did a lot of expressing in those early days. Bit late now though as you will have been to Mothercare already!
