Hi all you weightwatching BF lot
I joined last week and keep trying not to weight myself and to stick to my points but ahem not doing very well on either...
...the good news is that I'm apparently losing weight even though exceeding my points over the weekend.
Don't know if there'll be a delayed reaction though - always seemed to last time I did WW
Anyhow, so far, not too hungry, eating well and milk supply is doing well.
Struggling though trying to persuade DH, DS1 & DS2 that they need to eat lots of vegetables as snacks too instead of biscuits...
