Baby coughs towards end of feed

My baby is 11 weeks and EBF. Recently she's been coughing and seeming to choke a bit towards the end of a feed. She's done it a few times in the past, but it's now happening nearly every feed.

Everything I can find online suggests fast letdown, but I don't think that's the case as it happens after 5+ minutes, when she's had most of the milk, never early in the feed. I think she might be getting drowsy and falling asleep a bit and choking on what's in her mouth? Does anyone have any experience of this?

Could be reflux, that can cause coughing. Fast let down usually causes coughing and spluttering at the start of a feed.
