What to do when I can only express one ounce?

Also, what should I do with it after? It's nowhere near enough for a feed.

Stick it in the fridge- it's good for five days and can be combined with other bottles if EBM. How are you feeding the rest of the time?

How old is your baby?

What pump are you using? Are you feeling properly relaxed? Are you looking at pictures/videos of your baby to trigger let down?

Are you expressing so you can share feeding or because your baby won't latch?

There are lots of ways to improve expressing, are you using an electric pump? Do you wet the part that goes on your breast to improve the seal?

Is your baby feeding at the breast or are you trying to exclusively pump?
