ouch! tiny sore spot help?

Hi all

since having a recurrent blocked duct recently my nipple has developed a tiny but very sore spot. I can't see any damage (although there is a very tiny dark spot sort of inside a crease on the very end of my nipple where it is sore - a scab or blister? really can't see it very well)

Breast is still somewhat lumpy when full in the area that was blocked but not nearly as blocked or painful as it was.

I've heard others post about blisters on nipple with blocked ducts. Don't know if this is that, just damage from a poor latch (have been trying hard to get him on well) or something else...

Feeding has been going so well after a pretty gruelling start and now not so easy again (especially at night when I was getting used to half-asleep lying down in bed feeds...)

Any suggestions? Thanks
