Mishapen nipples

I exclusively pumped for 7 months and noticed my nipples became mishapen: a little sunken and pointing in odd directions. Is this normal for pumped breasts/ breastfeeding. I'm a bit paranoid after the Sarah Harding breast cancer awareness thing.

I think any changes are supposed to get checked. Even if it's probably completely fine the best thing to do is to ring for a GP appointment and ask an expert.
