We'll be starting the end of april/ beginning of may so want some time to find good deals on what we'll need?

So far I ve got 4 tommee tippee bowls and some spoons which i think he'll be able to hold himself and his high chair.

A crinkle cutter can be handy in the early days when they are getting used to gripping slippery fruit and veg. Agree with the others about a shower curtain and some suction bowls. We abandoned plates for a while and used the tray as plates were just picked up and played with/dropped.

The shower curtain we found was just basically a sheet of plastic that we cut into quarters.

You definitely need those bibs that cover the whole top of the body. Waterproof ones are good.

We used muslins for clean up. A lidded nappy bucket is handy for storing soggy cloths and sheets if you have one.

Spoons and forks and then later knives. When your baby has mastered the sippy cup you could try getting some tiny shot glasses for practicing an open cup. The ones with a handle are good.

I also got a couple of high chair suction toys to amuse the baby whilst I was dishing up.

An IKEA Antilop highchair

Long-sleeved waterproof bibs with another bib with a pocket on top

If you have carpet: a shower curtain is useful to protect the floor under the highchair

No need for a blender. You just give baby the same food as you are having.

Muslin squares and a sheet or towel fior the floor is all you need.

Enjoy.

I like the easy mat (in the pic) or similar- suctions onto tray but has different compartments and sits lower than a bowl.
Also Doidy cup.
I think bibabo bibs are 25% off two at the mo.
I use cheeky wipes for hands and faces.

Blw is so easy

The blw cookbook we really liked and the blw book is nice and reassuring.

The only thing you need is a good high chair, tomee tippee cups.

No bowls needed, my baby used our teaspoons amd we put food straight into a high chair/loaded spoons for her

Definitely no blending or ice cube trays needed.
