My LG turned 3 weeks yesterday as is feeding every 3 hours ish. Always finishes 4oz bottles so I tried her with 5 today and she drained it!! I don't know whether to always offer 5oz or is this too much for her? She weighed 8lb 1 at birth and withing 2 weeks she went up to 9lb 7.

If she's draining bottles, you should always offer a little more, but that does seem like a lot of formula in a day. Is she growing lots?

@BunnyRuddington She is growing so much already!! She isn't bringing any milk up so I don't know where she's putting it all 🙈

My son was the same at this age. We followed his lead with feeds on how much he wanted.

Our son is 3 weeks old and is drinking the same. We weren't sure if it was too much so spoke to a health visitor yesterday who said that if he was draining 4oz then to offer him more and it was normal.
