Teats for anti reflux formula

My boy is 20 weeks and has always had bad reflux. We tried him with gaviscon in the early days which played havoc on his insides so we put him on anti reflux formula which finally settled him slightly.

He's always used a bigger teat, because the formula is so much thicker. He uses tommee tippee bottles and we used a size 3 teat until that wasn't fast enough, so moved onto a variflow teat.

Now, he's so fussy on his bottle. The teat is constantly bending in half and from what I read , that means he needs to go up a teat size but there are no bigger teats! The only thing I can think of is formula in a sippy cup, would that even work?

He loses half his milk because the teat bends and the milk falls out of his mouth. Without exaggeration, this happens around at least 40 times every feed.

Does anyone have any ideas?
