HOW DO I USE THE SMALL TOMMEE TIPPEE STERILSER?

I have a small one of these which came with the breast pump, but I have lost the intructions - it is about the size of a lunch box and 2 ctn bottles fit in it and has a valve in the lid. What do I dod with the valve in the microwave? I have lost the intructions and can't seem to google it!
