Am I running out of milk?

I cant even believe I'm thinking this as I made a post concerned I had too much milk a couple months ago but she is just being so weird.
She is 3 months old, and breastfed. Shes biting and pulling at my nipples, and crying while I'm feeding her. It cant be teething this early? She sleeps through the night and feeds very frequently in the day.
I am a bit paranoid about her weight, she seems to be hitting milestones and shes definitely getting bigger. But she has dropped two percentile since birth.. mind you she was born on the 91st! I wasnt worried about this until the past couple days shes been doing this weird cry and and biting me during day feeds. It's just difficult as I would of just got her weighed w HV if I was concerned but it's more faff with covid, instead of just going to my local church like I did with my first! I've only really been noticing it and keeping an eye on it that past couple of days. Ive left a message with my HV and called the national breastfeeding helpline but they have been busy when i call.
She also has pretty gnarly reflux.. she doesnt have a fever and she has been content and happy today as well so I'm not extremely concerned. Should I give her some pumped milk? Or introduce a bit of formula? I'd prefer not too because I'd prefer not to pay! Haha, but I want to know shes full and fed.

It absolutely can be teething - sucking hurts the gums.

My DD’s first 2 teeth came through at 14 weeks.

Don't worry, it's quite normal for babies to become a bit distracted/unsettled at the breast at about 3-4 months old. It's partially because your supply is settling down, and partially because they have got a bit more nosy and yes, some will be starting teething.

I read a good article about this the other day and will link it for you :)

Thanks for the help! It's made me relax about it. And teething at this age! Who knew! Haha what a nightmare I hope she doesn't bite me with teeth that will be a bit traumatic Haha

There was a point that dd needed daily weight checks, it turns out that infant scales really aren’t that expensive if you want one for home.

If you are concerned about supply, you can always add a few post-feed pumping sessions, but it’s probably just a phase. It might also be a bit of gas. A mid feed burp might help.
