They arrived today and I am a wee bit confused. Do you have to make the paste up every time or just the once? Also the bit of milk you leave on them - is it inside them or just on the rim to stick them on?

I would scrub them up with the paste at least twice per day as this is was releases the silver ions for healing. Make sure it is a thick paste and you can feel it "scrubbing" them.

With regards to the EBM in them i used to put about 5 drips in the cup then lean over them and push them on to get them to suck on.

Wear them 24/7 unless you are nursing and you will be healed within 2 days. Wonder workers i tell you .

*If you are going out wear 2 breast pads over each one to disguise the "mandonna" look!!

Good Luck

Thanks - not going out - haven't left the house since I gave birth! It is a bit of a strange look for sure but if they work I really don't care!

Did you leak in yours? I am leaking in them and my nipples are always really wet which worries me a bit.

Boosting in the hope that someone who uses these will see it. I've had them on for almost two days now and I haven't seen any improvement yet

Hi stefka,

i did leak in mine but, as long as they are securely positioned you should still hheal. i was completely healed within 2 days. Make sure you are properly scrubbing them with the soda and applying them immediately afterwards.
