Prep machine and going out?

Hi I'm thinking of starting to use prep machine but wondering is the water hot enough to kill the bacteria in the milk? (70 degrees)

Mainly, what do people do when going out for a few hours / the day? Do you make the bottles before and do they last? Can you reheat? Or is there anything else people do?

Thanks!

Used the prep machine for my 2 and it was brilliant.

For going out we bought ready made bottles and just took a sterilised bottle with us and poured in when ready. If we would need it shortly after leaving we would make it up from the machine before we left. I've also seen people taking a glass of hot water and formula in a tub and then making it in a sterilised bottle when needed but you'd need to wait on it cooling to a drinking temp. Personally I found the ready made bottles best, think a pack of 4 was about £3 though.

Flask not glass!

I take a flask of freshly boiled water and a spare bottle of cooled boiled water. I then use half and half to make the bottles up when I'm out
