Dr browns bottles help

Hello.
I'm formula feeding and using dr browns bottles. They were fine however the last three or four days they have started to leak everywhere, out the white cap.
What I have read that causes leaking I'm not doing, I'm feeding at room temperature, I've tried not using the bottle to make formula in. I've used ready made formula so no shaking the bottle itself.
We're both ending up drenched more milk is going on us than in him.

The website says try a bigger teat. Still leaked but Baby is 3 weeks 4 days so I don't think he should be on size 2 teats?
I've tried a tommee tippee bottle today instead and he just collapsed the teat and got frustrated so maybe he is sucking too hard? He also clicks whilst sucking. He's then spitting out milk too and becoming quite stressed himself.
I don't think he has tongue tie from what I've seen on google...

Does anyone have any advice about what to do as I'm feeling a little overwhelmed by it all.
Thanks in advance

Are you over filling or is the teat not in properly in my experience it one of those that got us soaked.
