How long can I use the same formula bottle for a very slow/fussy feeder?

Literally have to give her 20ml at a time then let her play/get distracted and continue due to reflux.

Should be discarded after 1 hour once she starts drinking from it

Yes..1 hour and then a new one needs to be made up.
