When is it too late to catch up milk supply?

DD has had a raft of issues since she was born and I've had to supplement her quite a bit but haven't found as much time as I'd like to pump. The final nail in the coffin has been painful thrush for both of us. It went unnoticed for quite a while and she was feeding very poorly, we kept mistaking it for silent reflux. I can confidently say there's been a significant decrease in my milk supply over the last month or so. Can I catch up just by pumping? Or is it too late at 4 months. Would love to hear from people who have been through similar.

It will be more difficult after 3 months stage but it is possible. There are some books that give suggestions other than just pumping, like explaining the importance of hydration and good diet etc,

I'd talk it through with a BFC on one of the Helplines. If you do want to continue, they may be able to give you the details of a local VFC who can support you though this Thanks
