Moving from formula to cows milk

Could anyone please explain moving from formula to cows milk to me please? I believe you start by mixing them & increasing the cows milk ratio over time? So, if I do a 7oz feed do I do 6oz and then top up with 1oz cows milk? Does it need to be warmed? How quickly do you increase the ratio?
Sorry for all the questions! Thankyou!!

I didn't do it that way. I gave 1 feed cows milk and the other formula and after a few days swapped the other to cows milk too. They only had 2 milk feeds by 1 year

Thanks @dementedpixie - so you just went straight in with the same volume of feed but cows milk not formula? Did you still use a baby bottle & did you heat up? Thankyou!!

With dd i used the bottle and warmed it still. At about 15 months I gave in a cup instead

With ds he had some drinks of cows milk from a cup from about 10 months alongside bottles of formula so after 1 year i just continued with the cup and stopped the formula
