Can you get thrush on just one side?

Just on one breast? Baby's mouth is normal but I'm getting burning pain lasting hours after feeding. Pretty excruciating. Boob looks normal otherwise.

Yes, I’ve got it on side right now. It’s the nipple my baby prefers so unsure whether that’s had any bearing on it. GP has checked it out and it’s definitely thrush, the other side is fine.
