Sports bra to prevent engorgement at night?

6 wo DD nurses every hour during the day and sleeps at night so I wake up with boobs of stone in the morning. I heard sports bras prevent engorgement, would this be a good idea? Would it affect my supply?

It sounds like a bad idea to me! Based on no science whatsoever. Just doesn't seem like a good plan to constrict your boobs.

I'd get some lanisoh icepack things for your boobs.
