7 month old feeding all night

My 7 month old DD has breakfast and an evening meal. In between that she is breastfed. She started refusing bottles at 10 weeks so I just gave up, I only mainly feed from one breast and she seems satisfied after feeds but lately she is up 5-6 times to feed at night. I am struggling with tiredness and worried as am due back at work in March.
Is it just a growth spurt? I tried a bottle with her the other day and she was ok, and she tolerates formula in a beaker at meal times - but the following day I tried a bottle and she screamed until she got breast. I have tried different teats, bottles, formula etc and nothing worked. Any tips? She is going to nursery in 2 months so will need to have bottles then but I don’t know whether there’s anything else that I can do.

If she'll be 9 months when you go back, there's really no need for bottles. She'll probably be happy with a BF on wake up, one on pick up and one before bed. As she'll probably hit the 9 month sleep regression, she may wake in the night for one too.

Doing that along with formula or ebm in a cup and solids will be fine at Nursery.

As for the many wakings. It's pretty normal at this age but she may be Reverse Cycling.

Have a try of doing Breast Compressions on the day and offering her a feed every 2 hours. It might get her used to taking her calories in the day instead of at night.

The No Cry Sleep Solution might help to sort out her sleep before you return to work too and unlike sone baby sleep books, this one is evidence based Smile
