Skin prick or elimination diet

Will they (nhs) do a skin prick test on a baby for a suspected allergy or just make you do an elimination diet?

They can only do skin prick for things you suspect an allergy to and even then it only works for iGE reactions.

If it's milk I think the nice guidelines suggest elimination for non-ige.
