9 weeks old, is she getting enough?

My Daughter Lily-Ella is 9 weeks old and feeding 4 hourly 4 times daily, she take on average 7 to 8oz each feed.
she sleeps 9pm to 8am which is great but is she getting enough milk during the day?

i was told this (sorry if tmi) if her nappy is green then it means shes not getting enough
