Advice regarding possible reflux/ colic

Hi everyone! My newborn baby is 3 weeks old today. The past week she has been very unsettled particularly evening, night time and early morning. Inconsolable crying, red face, painful facial expressions, which seem to be related to her passing wind. When she has passed the wind she is settled again, but then the cycle continues.
She also has regular hiccups and is spitting up her milk after each breastfeed.
GP today has been unhelpful and has advised to contact health visitor. Health visitor was lovely but couldn't specify if it is reflux or any other issue at this time. She has booked baby in for a weight check after christmas and has advised me too call GP again if symptoms continue or get worse. Has anyone else had similar experiences and could it possibly get better soon? Is it likely reflux? She has regular wet and dirty nappies and normal bowel movements so is it unlikely it could be an allergy to dairy?
Any help or advice would be great!

Just wondering what you are doing to help her when she's like this? Have you tried the "Tiger in the Tree" hold? That usually helps. There are some videos of how to do it on YouTube if you've not come across it before.

Have you tried putting her in a sling and going fir a walk? That usually settles them and the sling plus walking can help with wind.
