Four month sleep regression and feeding

Hi, my LG is going through a sleep regression and wakes every about 45 minutes crying at night. But I think this is partly due to hunger. She will feed well at night, short breastfeeding and bottles of expressed milk. But during the day she will only have about 20/30ml even if she hasn’t eaten for hours. We have had slow weight gain so having to offer milk regularly! She was drinking 120ml every 3 hours or so.
Has anyone else experienced this or have any tips to help her to feed in the day? I would love to go back to EBF but little girl is resistant to breast feeding during the day.
Thanks in advance of any advice or support

Sounds pretty normal at 4 months and it's sometimes called Revervse Cycling.

There are sone tips in the link but if you can, I'd try to spend some time in bed with her in the day and/or have a bath with her to encourage her to take more in the day Smile
