4 week old constipated another FF

I have been unwell in hospital for a few days and due to the drugs i was on, had to FF DD2 for 2 days. She is now back on BM, as i was pumping and dumping while i ff her.
She is constipated and hasnt been for nearly 3 days now she is pulling her legs up and is clearly in pain. I have tried boiled water, rubbing her tum and am demand feeding. Any advice would be great, she is normally so content.

I'm probaly gonna get fried alive for this, but try a little bit of sugar water -it does have a laxative effect on babies!

Small amount of herbal tea like fennel or camomile, you could take it too.
