Hipp quantity

Hi everyone
I’ve just switched from cow and gate to Hipp formula. I’ve noticed the volume they suggest on the pack is different to cow and gate and aptamil. They suggest 6 scoops and 180ml for babies 8-12 weeks but Hipp says 5 scoops and only 150ml. Does anyone know why this is? Thus far I’ve been using NHS guidelines on quantity v baby’s weight but this now changes the calculations!

Thanks!

It really doesn't matter as you're supposed to feed to your baby’s appetite not by the box

Oh yes definitely but I’m worried the Hipp is more dense or smthng which may be why they advise less volume. My baby will def keep eating until he throws up if I let him!

Looking at the nutritional info for both shows there is litte difference between both

Hipp - 66kcal per 100ml, 3.6g fat, 7g carbs
C&G - 66kcal per 100ml, 3.4g fat, 7.4g carbs

Theres no need to calculate it - if they finish each bottle then increase by 1oz each.
