6.5 month old dropped feed

My baby dropped his feed two weeks ago! And is now having 3 instead of 4! It was the 2nd one of the day! Instead of having his bottle he has a bit more lunch! We always give him milk before food he just dropped it naturally on his own! He still meets the minimum intake for his age so I’m not worried about how much he takes!

I’m just curious on something as he went from not wanting his 2nd feed of the day to not wanting his last feed before bed instead! Is it normal for baby to switch around which bottle of the day he doesn’t want? He still has 3 feeds just decided he wants the lunch time one instead now...

My DS frequently done this, I think it just depended on how full he was at the time.
I just continued to offer his milk at the usual times (normally an hour before he was due solids) and let him decide.

Word of warning though, when my DS turned around 10 months he became especially picky with his milk and wanted solids more, to the point he was drinking less than recommended. My HV said that was common and to offer him more dairy foods instead and to give him vitamin drops when he drank less than 17oz of milk.
