as you may have noticed, i have lots of questions about expressing!

lets say im being successful at expressing (i only started few days ago) and i want to freeze up some of the good stuff for when i go back to my part-time job. do i express throughout the same day, always pouring in the same container until i have a good amount, then freeze it at the end of the day? the thing is, there are days i can get a good amount in one go and there are days that i need to express few times throughout the day to get the desired amount.
