My 6mo will not take a full bottle of milk, we started weening him at 4mo, he has his 3 meals a day but now even in a morning or his bedtime bottle won't take more than 2-3 oz? We are adding his milk into his meals to keep up his calcium, but is there anything else we can do? Is him effectively weening himself off milk so early ok?

Really he needs 20 floz a day until he's 10 months.

If he's it getting that I would cut out one of his meals and if that won't work for him, make sure he has lots of calcium rich foods.

It's also important that he gets enough good fats and protein too so make sure that you give him oily fish 3 times a week Smile
