Terrible PMS, breastfeeding, periods- would love to chat!

I had a period coming up to 7 weeks ago, my son is now 11months. I had some bleeding for a day last week but nothing since I feel so so badly my body is trying to have a period. I ache all over and just felt bleugh 😩
I’m still breastfeeding him on demand.
Really feeling sorry for myself today 😞

I found the first couple of periods back really rough. All my babies uave been limpets when im due on which makes things harder too.

DD is 10 months old and I feel like I really need a period now but she still suckles through the night so they will probably be delayed for a while yet. They didnt return till my DS was 18 months and the first one was awful.

Thanks for your replies.
I just don’t know why mine started and have stopped again? I’ve started pumping again so technically producing more milk. Could that be why? X
