dh had friday and monday off work - we've been otu and about a fair bit over the long weekend

went to legoland on friday and fed ds2 in their babycare place. ok, so it was right next to the nappy changing are (hence not rose-scented) btu i liked the big cubicles for feeding - the one i was in had a chair that was comfortable for feeding in. and spotlessly clean

bicester village yesterday. the baby changing loos weren't advertised as for feeding but were great. again, not ideal to be next to a loo, but the loos (and the changing areas) were absolutely sparkling - i mean cleaner than mine at home - attendant floating about, tending to them after every visitor, and really lovely soaps and things to use

today - west midlands safari park (told you we got about a bit) - not so great - nowhere at all to feed. was freezing so opted against an outdoor spot. cafe incredibly unappealing. ended up int he car

there's a good feeding room in brent cross in london.

apparently there's an even better one in selfridges but that's a bit of a mission to get to imo.

the one in selfridges is fab! top floor - lovely big comfy chairs.

i want one where there's free chocs and someone to make me tea.

Emzy5 · 15/10/2007 21:51

oh and nappies made of gold.

chipmonkeyPumpkinNorks · 15/10/2007 22:31

Emzy, the closest you'll get to that is Starbucks but sadly not free!

I always got to Pret a manger in Bicester Village to feed DD. It's full of bfing mums most days! We all congregate at the back where the comfy sofas are.

mothercare in w-s-m is good comfy rocking chairs with matching foot stools, free breast pads and cool water machine and soothing music too.

nappyaddict · 15/10/2007 22:49

i used to love going to mothercare cos they had loads of fancy stuff in the baby changing room lol. how sad!
