Baby won’t take bottle

When I was in hospital the baby wouldn’t latch and wouldn’t take a bottle either however Since we came home she has had breast milk in a bottle and has took it no problem. I pop her on the breast sometimes as she likes it for comfort. Usually I give her a break from the bottle after 2oz or she’ll be sick and then give her the other 2oz and had no problem. She is now 7 weeks and Recently she isn’t going back after the break or sometimes won’t even take the bottle at all and gags at it when it’s put in her mouth. She just seems to want the breast all the time and I am wanting her to have it with a bottle as I have to go back to uni soon and I want my partner and family to feed her too. I have
changed bottles, teats, warming the milk up, using my breast first then sliding the bottle in.. nothing seems to help she just gags at the bottle and screams. It seems to be only now and then she will take it first time but will gag after breaks and refuse to go back. She hasn’t spent much time with family because of this reason and is wanting the breast too much and won’t take expressed. I don’t know what else to do, has anybody got any advice?

I don’t have much experience in this as I’m still feeding from the breast but I’ve been advised by my friends that your baby can refuse the bottle if the mum is nearby because they want you. Maybe try going out for a walk so you’re not in the house and leaving her with your partner/family. She might take the bottle if you’re not near by

Thank you for your reply! It doesn’t seem to matter who’s feeding her, family have tried as well as my partner when I’m not there she doesn’t have any of it. Just gags at the bottle when put in her mouth.
