Reattached tongue tie

Hi, has anyones baby's tongue tie reattached? My baby had hers done at 3 weeks old. I'm having a few latching problems 7 weeks later and think I can see a small bit under her tongue which might have reattached, but honestly can't remember what it looked like after she had it done! I'm going to take her back and get some help with my latching but wondered if anyone had any experience.

My son had it clipped at 9 days old and then it obviously reattached at some point but it wasn’t detected until he was 4 months old.

The signs I had at that age were that although the duration of his feeds increased, his weight gain suddenly started plateauing.

He had his tongue snipped again and it was much more upsetting to watch than when he’d been a newborn Sad

It’s good you’re getting your baby re-looked at. Re-attachment isn’t overly common but it can happen.
