4 month old refusing milk

My daughter is just over 4 months and has always fed well. Normally she will take 6-7oz every 3 hours! and still wakes twice at night.
For the past few days I've been really struggling to get her to eat. Sometimes she will take a few drops but then she will start to cry. I've managed to get maximum 3oz in her per bottle.
She's eating a lot better at night 5-6oz both night feeds.

She is teething and I know this can put her off her feeds but I feel like she's not eating anywhere near enough. I've given teething gel and it settles her but she still won't take her feed.

I'm not sure what to do :(. Any advice would be great.

I would get a GP appointment to get her ears checked. Ear infections always put mine off eating. Keep an eye on the wet nappies, if they tail off you have a bigger problem of dehydration and should escalate it with the doctors
